While driving to work, I always tried to avoid driving behind trucks as they are notoriously slow to move once a light has turned green. One morning I found myself unable to escape being caught behind a truck so I started studying the back of it. I examined the intricate mechanics of what goes into the vehicle, all for function rather than form. Some trucks I found more appealing than others. Some were pristine, while other rusted.
This new found appreciation for the backs of trucks, led me to seek them out. I now find myself switching lanes in order to purposely be stuck behind one. The method I had originally used to pass the time now became my meditation.
